Wellness Videos
The Pyramid Model Consortium begins with a foundation of an effective workforce. This universal approach emphasizes the importance of supporting the health, wellness, and emotional readiness of team members before they step into the classroom to serve infants and young children. When we care for the adults who care for the children, we strengthen the environments where children learn, grow, and develop social-emotional competence. As a result, self-care strategies are no longer optional; they are essential.
A consistent wellness platform offers space for mindfulness, reflection, and a renewed perspective on what team members may be experiencing internally and your Zion Education Center team is here to help. Since, the Pyramid Model specifically recommends the use of audio-based exercises, we will send these weekly allowing staff to engage in wellness practices in meaningful ways.
